The 5,000 square foot bi-level venue, boasts year-round indoor and outdoor space and was brought to NYC by nightlife veterans Mino Habib and Paul Seres.
Renowned designer Marc Dizon reimagined The Attic Rooftop and took his inspiration from the golden era of Hollywood. The 16th floor outdoor space is reminiscent of the relaxed environment of a Beverly Hills pool lounge while the 15th floor penthouse lounge, with floor to ceiling glass windows, is inspired by the robust architecture of Richard Neutra. It’s a cozy lounge with a sunken living room feel with a color palette of silver and grey with warm wood throughout. A DJ booth with a state of the art sound system provides the soundtrack for each night and multiple TV screens throughout the space can be utilized for viewing parties and branding opportunities.
The rooftop features a menu of small dishes including Wild Mushroom or Grass Fed Beef Sliders, Lobster Truffle Mac n’ Cheese and a savory Charcuterie Board. Creative signature cocktails from Parker Boase and Gregory Lucas of Liquid Lab NYC are made with the finest local ingredients with seasonally inspired options like the Parkside Pumpkin made with Spiced Rum, Pumpkin Spice Syrup, Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice and a hint of Nutmeg.
Be sure to try an elevated organic version of the Long Island Iced Tea; The Midtown Tea, made with Earl Grey Infused Vodka, Lemon Juice, Ginger Liqueur, Fresh Orange and Club Soda. Additionally, revelers can awaken their senses with the Dusk Till Dawn, which includes Jalapeno Tequila, Jalapeno, Fresh Lime, Amber
Agave, Fresh Pineapple Juice and Aperol. New for The Attic Rooftop’s third year is a menu of alcoholic ice pops and frozen cocktails with a rotating array of flavors to choose from. The venue can accommodate up to 600 guests with the Indoor Rooftop comfortably holding 300 guests, the Outdoor Rooftop accommodating up to 150 guests, and the Penthouse Level holding up to 175 guests making it perfect for your next private event.
