Diners can begin their meal at T-Bar Southampton with the Zucchini Carpaccio made with goat cheese, capers, basil, and mint; or enjoy the classic Guacamole to split with the table. The restaurant also redefines the classic Kale Salad by adding seasonal apples and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, drizzled in a tangy chili-lime vinaigrette. Also available on its delectable appetizer menu are the popular Seared Spanish Octopus, Yellowfin Tuna Tartar and Vietnamese Shrimp Roll.
