Frevo is now offering its remarkable selection of wines and foods to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home
(NEW YORK) – Frevo, a contemporary French restaurant located in the heart of Greenwich has always been about offering an unforgettable and unique dining experience that provides a sense of home and comfort amidst the madness of New York City. Despite its temporary closure due to the pandemic, Frevo remains committed to their customers by the launch of Frevo at Home.
Frevo is persevering through these critical times and remains committed to serving high quality goods to its customers with its newly introduced concept: Frevo at Home Starting today, Chef Franco Sampogna offer a three course menu for 2 at $92. You will find the menu here.
Frevo at Home will consist of a menu choice offering its selection of remarkable wines from Frevo’s wine list, cheese platter and charcuterie. Items can be ordered online and available for delivery or pick-up. “The health and safety of our customers and community is our first priority. We also still wanted to continue delivering the Frevo experience to our customers and be there for them in this difficult time in any way.Frevo at Home allows us to bring Frevo to the homes of our customers and help them start off the weekend with our fine wine curated by Quentin Vauleon, our sommelier, and the iconic Comté cheese among other items,” comments the founders of Frevo.
The wine list is put together by their very own talented sommelier, Quentin Vauleon. Born in Bretagne,France, Quentin’s impressive background includes being runner-up of the contest Best Sommelier in France in 2016 and then going on to win the title of Best Young Sommelier in France in 2017. He brings his passion and vision to creating a constantly evolving wine list that represent different styles and taste profiles. The choice of wine offered by Frevo at Home is expansive and diverse: guests can choose from a range of coveted vintages and famous names, but also off-the-beaten-path producers. Their labels come from France and Italy mostly but also from Spain, Portugal, USA, Austria and a selection of New World cuvées.
Aligning with our philosophy there is a strong commitment towards sustainability that showcases on Frevo’s selection, more than 90% of the current labels are Organic Certified or Sustainable Agriculture.
Frevo’s intimate space seats 18 at the chef’s counter and an additional six at an adjacent, private chef’s table. The launch of Frevo at Home hopes to mirror this very coziness of the restaurant to replicate somewhat of a Frevo dining experience through its select wines and food offerings. While Frevo is closed during this time, it is Frevo at Home that will bring its expertise and high-quality ingredients to the customer’s very own household.
The Frevo at Home Food menu consists of the following:

- Urbani White Truffle Chips $2.95
- Cheese Platter for Two – Fig and Olive Crackers, Sea Buckthorn Jam, Sainte Maure, Goat Cheese, Cottomwood Cheddar, Brie, Black River Blue Cheese $18.5
- Cured Meats Platter for Two – Jonathan Cured Salami, Spanish Pata Negra Iberico, Ham, Cornichon, Prosciutto $ 16.5
- Classic French Caviar Set Golden Kaluga 50g – Blinis, Onion, Egg, Crème Fraîche $60
The minimum order for delivery is $100 and for the moment we are exclusively delivering in downtown Manhattan. After purchase Frevo at Home will schedule a delivery within the next 24 hours.
- Frevo at Home operating hours are 2 PM to 7PM from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Cut-off time for placing pick-up orders is 6:00 PM.
- Latest curbside pick-up time is 6:45 PM.
