Created by Chef Franco Sampogna along with his business partner and General Manager Bernardo Silva, their innovative dishes change seasonally and are made with the freshest ingredients. Savor their unique and upscale cuisine including Ricotta Gnocchi, Foie Gras “Torchon,” Halibut with Fennel, Duck served with Cabbage and Mustard and Maine Lobster with Kaluga Caviar, all of which emphasize simplicity and seasonality.
The brilliant Brazilian-born Chef Sampogna spent eight years working alongside some of France’s most acclaimed chefs, including Alain Ducasse at the Hotel Plaza Athénée’s restaurant. This talented chef, who is responsible for Frevo’s tasty recipes, even beat out thousands of contents to win second place at the international San Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 competition when he was just 24 years old.
Enjoy these scrumptious dishes paired with the perfect glass of wine – after all, their very own sommelier, Quentin Vauleon, was named the Best Young Sommelier in France. At Frevo, you can sip on wines from around the world, and choose between the $85 wine pairing or a $180 premium wine pairing.
