To celebrate the bounties of winter, Resident held its first winter food, spirits and wine festival at Slate.  Guests were treated to exquisite delicacies from La Goulue, Wagamama, Ortzi, and Clinton Hall with tasty treats from LoveLove Edibles, Mariebelle, Jessie’s Nutty cups and Nutsola.  To fuel the party, specialty winter cocktails were created by Casa Noble Tequila, High West Whiskey, Real McCoy Rum, Grand Bulot Cognac, Koval Vodka, Balls Vodka, St. George’s Spirits, Catskill Provisions and Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur.  Guests were also treated to French wine tastings from Le Petit Francais, Auguste and Mirabeau wineries.  Other refreshing libations included fresh juices from Tru Juice, locally crafted Classic NY Beer, Essentia Water, and Brooklyn Crafted ginger beer.
