The Lambs Club at the Chatwal is hosting a fun and flavorful viewing event during the duration of the Olympic games. Guests will watch the Summer Olympics on large-screen televisions in The Lambs Club Bar, while experiencing the tastes and sounds of the 2016 Olympics host city, Rio de Janeiro.
The Lambs Club is offering a specialty Summer Games bar menu featuring snacks, desserts and cocktails inspired by Brazilian cuisine. Special live music will transport guests to the vibrant streets of Rio, with Brazilian DJ’s and Brazilian Bossa Nova playing sexy and sultry Latin tunes.
The summer games menu includes Bolinhos de Bacalhau, a salt cod fritter, with piquillo pepper, Pao de Quijo, parmesan cheese bread with spicy marina and Aipim Frito, yuka fries with chili aioli. Savor some sweet Brazilian treats while cheering on Team USA with some papaya sorbet and Brazilian dulce de leche sandwich cookies.
Stay all day or just catch your favorite sporting activity with some authentic Brazilian bites and the Rio cocktail, made of Veev Veev Açai, Aged Rum, Mango Purée, Passion Fruit Purée, Lime.
