On July 27th, Chef Guy Fieri, Food Network Star and co-owner of six restaurants in California, organized a Summertime Beer-B-Que party in partnership with Carnival Cruise Line. Along with delicious meats, Carnival wanted to subjoin beer, which couldn’t be possible without partnering with RedFrog Pub & Brewery, the first craft brewery on board in a cruise ship in North America. A real tasting pleasure for the buds!
The passionate and creative Guy Fieri recently came up with the idea of opening “Pig & Anchor’s Bar-B-Que Smokehouse” on board of the Carnival Magic. This cozy-friendly and rare concept has been created with the purpose of enjoying real and authentic BBQ meat offering a fine range of dishes and beers for the sophisticated palate.
The concept is pretty simple; Fieri wanted to gather all the dishes he loves and combined them all in one menu, which you mostly can’t find on a ship such as mac and cheese, coleslaw, and different varieties of meat. The beers selected are always specifically chosen to go along with the dishes: Blue Moon, Cigar City Brewing, Coney Island and more.
