The SHoP Architects-designed residential tower is slated for completion in early 2017
NEW YORK, NY — October 8, 2015 — Anbau, a leading developer of luxury residential properties in New York City, has broken ground on Citizen360, a luxury condominium located at 360 East 89th Street. The SHoP Architects designed 34-story building will add 84 residences to the historic Yorkville neighborhood on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
“Yorkville appealed to us as a neighborhood with a rich history, yet on the cusp of transformation due to the emerging 2nd Avenue subway line,” said Stephen Glascock, president of Anbau. “Citizen360 was designed to reflect both the timeless elements of the neighborhood and the modern features of the emerging First Avenue streetscape by offering high end residences and a full compliment of amenities and services.”
Citizen360 will feature 84 one- to four-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 900 to 4,500 square feet outfitted with distinct design touches including floor-to-ceiling windows, open floor plans and high ceilings. Interiors by renowned spa designer Clodagh bring a sense of serenity to the light-filled amenity spaces including a sophisticated lobby with a green wall, a fitness center with yoga and training studios, and a spacious entertainment suite with adjoining screening room, private resident lounges, multi-media studio, art studio and children’s playroom. Services include a 24-hour doorman and indoor, on-site parking services for purchase. Sales are anticipated to start in fall 2015.
Citizen360 is situated in Manhattan’s historic Yorkville neighborhood, a true New York City neighborhood that has held onto its rich past, offering convenient access to Carl Schurz Park, the East River Promenade, Asphalt Green and the 92nd Street Y and renowned museums and galleries including the Guggenheim, Cooper Hewitt and the Neue Galerie. The evolving area features artisanal purveyors, fine dining, luxury retailers, world-class hospitals, universities, and diverse lifestyle and entertainment offerings including a wide range of nightlife, comedy clubs and boutique fitness centers.
